IMPORTANT POSTER PROGAM INFORMATION

Members of the Award Jury and other delegates will visit and assess posters during the morning break, lunch and afternoon breaks. 

Authors MUST be present at their posters during these times on the following days: 
Day 1 => All odd-numbered posters must be attended, as they will be assessed.
Day 2 => All even-numbered posters must be attended, as they will be assessed. 
Day 3 => All posters must be attended for a final opportunity to be assessed. 

 

Poster Printing: If you need to print your poster upon arrival in Perth you may do so at the following Officeworks locations: 

Officeworks Perth CBD
Officeworks Subiaco
Officeworks East Victoria Park
Officeworks Osborne Park

Your poster number is the same as your abstract number. 

 

IMPORTANT - Poster Assessment and Award Eligibility
If an author is not present when the jury visits, the poster will not be assessed and will not be eligible for award consideration.
